Return and Exchange Policies

Alkaline Care offers all its customers the right to exchange or return items, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions established herein. Depending on the type of purchase, there are some differences that apply:

Alkaline Care Return and Exchange Policy

Purchase with home delivery in Metropolitan Lima and Callao:

We deliver free of charge to Metropolitan Lima and Callao. Our responsibility for the sale ends when the package is delivered to the customer, so we assume no liability for anything that may happen to the products once they have been delivered.

 

Applicable cases for changes or returns:

- When the wrong product was sent compared to the one ordered.

- When an internal failure of electronic or similar products is evident.

Purchase with shipping to interprovincial freight agencies:

We send photographic evidence, upon request, of the products that were separated and will be packaged. Our responsibility for the sale ends upon delivery of the package to the freight forwarder. Therefore, we assume no subsequent liability for delays in shipment to its destination, much less for any damage, mishandling, breakage, or loss that may occur to the products in your package at the freight forwarder.

Deadline to request a product exchange or return

The deadline to request a refund is within 5 calendar days of product delivery. We do not provide any additional implied or explicit deadlines. If you discover any manufacturing defect within the stipulated timeframe, please contact us through your sales representative or at carealkalinecenter@gmail.com. Exchanges/returns will not be accepted after this deadline.

On the other hand, if the customer is located in a province other than Metropolitan Lima or Callao, the deadline to request an exchange or return is within 4 calendar days after delivery of the product. The product must be properly packaged and sent to the city of Lima through a freight forwarding company. Once it arrives at our store and within 48 business hours of receipt, the payment made will be refunded via bank transfer or credit note in the name of the purchasing customer. Please note that if you did not pay the new freight for the return, this amount will be deducted from the product's value. The shipping charge charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

If the returned product is not in the condition it was sold in, no refund will be issued. The customer has 7 days to collect the returned product. Otherwise, if the product is not collected within the established timeframe, it will be discarded in its entirety without the possibility of any future exchange or refund. The company will not provide any express or implied warranties beyond the Return Policy described in this section.
